Our cleaning and hygiene standards throughout the hotel were and remain very high. Due to the current situation, we have revised them again and adapted the process.
Our trained staff disinfect every room before arrival - as well as all tables and surfaces in all public areas. All laundry is washed at 90 degrees in our in-house laundry room.
Disinfection dispensers are located throughout the LANDHAUS so that you can disinfect your hands anywhere and at any time.
Pre Check-In
Easy and convenient online check-in is already possible from home. This prevents large crowds from forming at check-in.
Cancellations
Direct bookers can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After that, you can rebook your booking for the current season or receive a voucher for your next stay.
Contact minimisations
The sauna can only be used by reservation. This gives you the opportunity to use the spa area safely and all to yourself.
